Cancellations and order changes
An item in my order has been cancelled. Why
Unfortunately, this will happen if there was a mistake in qty of stock.
You’ll be contacted by email as soon as possible and we’ll refund you, using your original payment method. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for your refund to process.
Items may be cancelled and refunded if:
We couldn’t secure stock to fulfil your order
Items were broken or damaged in transit and you can provide photos of the damage
My item was cancelled but I can still purchase it online. Why is this
Stock levels in the store are always changing, with items sold and new stock arriving every day. If an item is still available online, it’s usually because stock arrivals in the interim are in the process of updating.
Can I change or cancel my order after purchasing online
No, you’re unable to change or cancel your order once it’s been placed.
If you ordered items in error, or have changed your mind, you can return unwanted undamaged items for a full refund.
Can I cancel my Pick Up My Order
No: we do not currently offer pickup.
